We got to know Rosalie when she came to Norton, KS as an elementary principal. She was an energetic, enthusiastic, and authentic administrator. She made a delightful impact on students and staff at Eisenhower Elementary School, in Norton. The irony was that we are "STULL's" too. So, in our small community to have two principals with the last name of Stull, it was ironic, confusing, and fun. I became known as Rosalie's little brother!!! She always would call up and ask to speak to her "little brother, even if he is busy!" She was a breath of fresh air and had a lasting influence on how I approached students and education. My wife and I will hold her in our hearts forever. Lary Stull
