Obituary for Steven Hill
S. Todd Hill “Toddnado” 41, of Kansas City, Kan., passed away Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020, in Kansas City, Kan. He was born Aug. 10,1979, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Steve and Cindie (Berry) Hill. Todd was a Union Pipe fitter, Local 533, employee of The Waldinger Corporation for the past two years. Todd was also a member of the IBT Corporation family for 20 yrs., prior. Odd Job Todd was well known for his many handyman services as well.
On Sept. 19, 2009, he married, Rhonda (Simmons) Hill. Todd is survived by his loving wife with whom he spent the last 23 years of life with and two daughters that he cherished more than anything in the world, Kaelee and Addison Hill. Additional survives include his parents, Cindie Hill (James Parsons), Steve Hill (Connie Hill); his maternal grandfather, John Berry (Erlene); two sisters, Heidi Hill and Sarah Starks (Jesse Starks); two brothers Chris Hill and TC Bryant; his #2 parents, Aubrey and Barbara Simmons; brother in law, Lorin Simmons (Angie Simmons); eight nephews; two nieces; three great nephews; two great nieces; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Todd is also survived by those that he called brothers, Keith Green, Keith Green Jr. (Broski), Jesse Hammer, Tyler Bagby and Jeron Slater.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Maxine Hill and maternal grandmother, Lois Conner.
Todd loved to be outdoors and with his girls. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, time at the Lake with his family and archery. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching his girls cheer and play sports, he will always be there #1 fan.
Todd would light up a room no matter where he was, he never knew a stranger, he loved everyone and will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to his children.
