Obituary for Randy Frymire
Randy Howard Frymire, 68, of Leavenworth, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023, at home. He was born March 12, 1954, in Yakima, Wash., the son of Richard Delbert and Ivalee Maurine (Bice) Frymire.
On Jan. 2, 1976, Randy married Andrea V. Gillette in Mount Vernon, Wash. She survives at the home. He is also survived by two daughters, Kelly (Eric) Boettcher and Amanda (Bill) Corbet both of Leavenworth; two sons, Russell (Rivon) Frymire of Park City, Kan., and Jason Frymire of Leavenworth; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Cathy Bell of Everett, Wash.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gary Frymire.
Randy served in the United States Army for 20 years before retiring. He was a Gulf War Veteran. He was a Leavenworth resident for over 31 years and a former member of the Leavenworth City Planning Commission.
His greatest joy was being a father, grandfather and bonus “Dad” to his friends children and many others.
A graveside service with military honors will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
