Obituary for Kathryn Marksberry
Kathryn Ann “Kathy” Marksberry, 68 of Lansing, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, at County Care in Easton. She was born Aug. 7, 1952, in Leavenworth, the daughter of Kenneth W. and Marilyn Jean (Yingling) McClure.
On June 21, 1969, she married John H. Marksberry in Leavenworth. He survives of the home. She is also survived by two daughters, Kelly Renard and Karan (Darrin Haling) Robbins both of Leavenworth; and her grandchildren, Jordan Robbins and Jonathan Robbins.
Kathy worked at Hallmark Cards for 26 years and retired in 1996. After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, at the R.L.Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the service. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer’s Association or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
