Jennifer Lynn Chase, 45, of Leavenworth, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021, at Providence Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1976, in Livingston, Montana, the daughter of Henry “Hank” Fabich and Kathleen “Kate” (Smith) Gemar.

She is survived by her parents; four daughters, Savannah Chase, Ashley Chase, Vivian Chase and Madalynne Chase all of Leavenworth; her significant other, Scott Nesselhuf; the father of her children, Everett Chase; a brother, Hank Fabich Jr.; and a sister, Hilary Fabich.

Jennifer was a real estate agent, serving the Salt Lake City, Utah and Leavenworth area for over 25 years. She was a member of Wallula Christian Church.

She enjoyed sewing and making quilts. Jennifer also enjoyed making jewelry, scrapbooking and traveling. In addition, she kept chickens and maintained the best chicken farm around.

A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022, at the funeral home. The family asks that everyone in attendance wears colorful clothing. Memorials are suggested to Wallula Christian Church.
