Obituary for Harley Birk
Harley Junior Lee Birk, 18, of Leavenworth, died Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Leavenworth, He was born Aug. 7, 2003, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Jason C. Birk and Yolanda Adams.
He is survived by his parents; three brothers, Ryan Sutherland of Leavenworth, Kan., Bryer Erdmann of Dubuque, Iowa, and Jaxon Adams of Glendale, Ariz.; maternal grandparents; Timothy Sr. and Wilma Adams of Leavenworth, Kan.; an aunt, Mary Thomas of Bella Vista, Ark..; and an uncle, Timothy Adams Jr. of Bella Vista, Ark.
Harley was knowledgeable about military history. He enjoyed online gaming with his brothers and dressing up and participating in the Renaissance Festival every year.
A celebration of life will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to R.L. Leintz Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
