Obituary for Gregory Heckman
Gregory Heckman, 82, of Leavenworth, died Sunday, June 6, 2021.
On Dec. 14, 2013, he married Roselyn “Sue” Laven. She survives at the home. He is also survived by his children, Bob (Suzanne) Heckman of Leavenworth, Tammy Tomrell of Gladstone, Mo., and Pat (Kristy) Heckman of McLouth, Kan.; a sister, Barbara (Mike) Moore of Leavenworth; a brother, George (Bekki) Heckman of Ozawkie, Kan.; nine grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
Greg enjoyed taking care of dogs, cat and birds as pets.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday, June 14, 2021, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Leavenworth County Humane Society.
