Obituary for Curtis daSilva

Curtis F. daSilva, 64, of Leavenworth, died Wednesday, March 23, 2022. He was born Jan. 17, 1958, in Georgia, to Raimundo daSilva and Mary (Selph) daSilva.

He is survived by his wife, Deb Goss; his father; two daughters, Micki (Brandon) daSilva-Miller and Kristen daSilva; three stepchildren, Dana Goss, Danielle (James) Perry and Ryan (Jessica) Goss; two sisters, Theresa (Christopher) List and Regina Clark; a brother, Richard daSilva; and seven grandchildren, Lexi Perry, Owen Perry, Conor Goss, Quinn Goss, Harper Goss, Jenna Miller and Anna Miller. “Poppy” will be dearly missed by all.

Curt loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was proud to be an MRI Technologist and loved sharing his knowledge with his former students. Curt enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors and listening to blues music. He also loved to watch KU basketball and Chiefs football.

Curtis wished to be cremated and services will be private.
