Conrad Lemond Green, 51 of Leavenworth, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at Providence Medical Center. He was born July 15, 1970, in Leavenworth, the son of Herbert Henry Green II and Thelma Elaine Davis.

He graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1988.

Conrad is survived by his mother, Thelma Davis of Leavenworth; his siblings, Rita Green of Leavenworth, Henry Green III of Lawrence, Michael (Joann) Green of Leavenworth, Yvette Green of Leavenworth, Carla (Royal) Anderson of Leavenworth and Destiny Fairclough of Springfield, Ore.; and a host of nieces, nephews, an auntie and an uncle.

He was preceded in death by his father; a brother; two nephews and a niece.

Conrad worked at the VA and cereal ingredients in Leavenworth for many years.

He enjoyed family BBQ’s and music. Conrad loved flipping cars and was quite the car salesman. He was a big KC Chiefs fan and was excited to see them with a Super Bowl. He was a handy man, mechanic and jack of all trades. He was always classified as the fun uncle that would always make a way for his niece and nephews who he loved like his own.

A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Muncie Cemetery.
